Welcome to Cornish Heritage Safaris

Our video is now available on YouTube.

Cornish Heritage Safaris was established in 2011 for people who want to explore the magic, mystery and history of Cornwall. We can take you to unique places that many people miss, and share with you some of the facts, the stories and the background needed to understand and interpret them. Most of all we want you to have a great day out with us.

We provide guided tours planned around a theme, or bespoke excursions tailored to suit you, so that you can relax and enjoy your time in this beautiful county. We organise everything so you can take full advantage of your precious holiday time.

We can also organise your whole Cornish holiday by suggesting accommodation ideas, providing transfers from the train station/airport and of course day trips for your entertainment. Whether it’s a long weekend or a full holiday, we can help you get the most out of your visit.

Our guided tours can be all-inclusive — so all transport, entrance fees, drinks and even lunch are included in the price. If the day trips feature bicycle rides, beer tasting or wine tasting, this is all included too. You don’t have to pay for anything extra, unless you want to buy souvenirs or some beer or wine to take home.

However, many of our guests now opt for tour only as a basis. Entry fees and any additional costs can be met on the day. With some of our days out there are no entry fees and guests can always opt to bring their own packed-lunch.

Inspired by showing our friends around the beautiful Cornish landscape, our excursions will show you the places we love, and give you the history and legends that surround them. You can enjoy a day away from the beach and see what else this stunning county has to offer.

Leave all the driving and the navigation to us. Don't worry about where to eat lunch — we have found, tried and tested some lovely places, and it’s all included in the price of the trip. We even give you a coffee in the morning and tea in the afternoon. Some of our tours end with a tasting of locally produced wine or beer instead of afternoon tea, and then we even drive you home.

From the stories of King Arthur to the history of Cornish industry and the theories put forward to explain stone circles, we’ve done the research. So join us on our tours and discover a Cornwall full of myth and magic, with legends of ghosts, bloody battles and murder on the moor.
